How to send Money
- Fill in the form „Zasielanie peňazí/To send Money" (customer form or quick form) (more details in „Terms and conditions" section)
- Present the following to Poštová banka, a.s. location employee: filled Western Union form, your valid ID, or other as requested.
- Pay the Money you wish to send, including the Money transfer fee and additional charges, if applicable. Ask about the opportunity to send Money directly from your Poštová banka, a.s Account.
- Contact the potential Receiver of the Western union Money Transfer and provide him with information necessary for the pick up of the Money.
How to receive Money
- Fill in the form „Prijímanie peňazí/To receive Money" (customer form or quick form), state the Country of origin of the Money transfer transaction, name and surname of the Sender, expected amount, Money Transfer Control number (MTCN), or other as requested.
- Present the following to Poštová banka, a.s. location employee: the filled Western Union form, your valid ID, or other as requested. There is certain situations that valid ID is not necessary (documents loss), but be aware that alternative identification will be requested. (test question, and other as requested)
- If you meet all conditions necessary to receive Money, Poštová banka, a.s. location employee can pay you either in cash, or transfer the Money to your Poštová banka, a.s. Account.
