TIP: Please, don’t forget the restrictions on these days in particular if you are planning to visit a gas station or a bigger shopping.
Internet payments by Maestro will not be possible on Monday 18 November from 11:30 to 12:30.
If you need to make an internet payment, we recommend you to plan your purchases so that you were not affected by this outage, or have another bank card ready. If possible, choose another form of payment - by bank transfer or payment on delivery.
Cash withdrawals from any ATM (not only our Bank’s ATMs) or Poštomats at post office will not be possible by Maestro card on Monday 18 November 2019 from 11:30 to 12:30. Restrictions for the pre-paid Bratislava City Card will last both on Monday 18.11 and Tuesday 19.11. during the whole day.
Don't forget about these restrictions and please withdraw your cash earlier, or use another card to withdraw your cash.
Smart payments by Maestro card will not be possible on Monday 18.11., from 11:30 to 12:30.
However, you can pay by your mobile phone or watch without restrictions, if you also have another bank card uploaded in the application, since the restrictions only apply to MasterCard Standard (11.11.) and Maestro (18.11.), not to the applications as such.
Adding new Maestro cards will not be possible on 18 and 20 November.
Restrictions will apply to adding bank cards e.g. to Google Pay, Apple Wallet etc.
The restrictions will also apply to Maestro bank cards on Monday 18.11, from 11:30 to 12:30.
TIP: We always recommend to take more than one bank card, e.g. also because of the risk of theft, loss of the card or in the event of withholding in foreign ATM.
The services of blocking and unblocking your card will be provided without restrictions the whole time. So, if you won’t be able to find your MasterCard Standard or Maestro card during these days, there’s no need to worry.
If needed, you can block your card through our Infoline 0850 00 6500 or the nonstop line +421 2 20 30 34 44.
It will not be possible to change the PIN code to Maestro cards in the ATMs from 13 November to 18 November 2019.
After termination of the restrictions, you will be able to repeatedly change your PIN code any time in an ATM free of charge.
You will be able to apply for increased limits on your MasterCard Standard and Maestro cards without restrictions via Internet Banking or at any of our points of sale.
However, there will be restrictions applied to the pre-paid Bratislava City Card, where the limits will not be possible to change from 12 to 19 November.
If your card’s validity is about to expire and you would like us to deliver your new card to another address, you can apply for the change without restrictions at any point of sale or on the Infoline, using the Voice Biometrics service. The change of address is possible at the latest 6 weeks before your card expiration date.
For Maestro cards, the restriction will apply on Monday 18 November from 11:30 to 12:30.
However, you can check your account balance without restrictions and comfortably via Internet banking or our Mobile application.
If possible, please schedule your shopping so as to avoid this unavailable service and so that you can conveniently buy the gift you want for yourself or your loved ones.
Gift card top-up will be unavailable from Friday, 15 November, until Tuesday, 19 November. If possible, please schedule your gift card top-up before this date.
Topping up the gift card will not be available from Friday 15 November to Wednesday 20 November. If possible, we recommend you to plan to top up the card before these dates.
The planned outages will only apply to payment services. Any other services of the Bratislava City Card will remain without restrictions.
